Position detail

What does the job entail?

• The assembly operator operates the equipment on the car seat assembly line. Each operator is trained for all stations on the line - so the operators rotate at each station every half hour.
• We work in THREE-SHIFT operation - morning, afternoon, night, from Monday to Friday - WEEKENDS OFF.
• This is a 37.5-hour working week.

Operators' salary:

• Starting salary up to 38,800 CZK (basic rate 30,800 CZK + monthly performance bonus + monthly bonuses) Starting salary up to 38,800 CZK (basic rate 30,800 CZK + monthly performance bonus + monthly bonuses)

• Every 6 months increase in the basic tariff
• Surcharges for night shifts beyond the scope of the Labor Code.
